The birthday party on Saturday was fun (as you can tell by Audrey's messy face and sweaty hair in the photo above)! They had pony rides, ponies to decorate and brush, and a petting zoo. Audrey didn't want anything to do with the ponies and the second she got brave enough to get down in the petting zoo, three goats and pot bellied pig came walking towards her. Jack did the pony rides twice, but then Mr. Sensitive Tummy barfed everywhere right before lunch, so he had to go home early!

Grandma Carol was still so stressed out over the Gus incident that she had a migrane all day on Friday and double vision on Saturday. Her eye doctor sent her to the hospital to get checked out (everything came back normal), so Audrey went over to Aunt Tina and Uncle Jason's house while we were at the wedding. Tina brought her home at bedtime and enjoyed the quiet until we got home! Although we regretted having to leave the wedding early, we were SO grateful the Tina and Jason volunteered to babysit literally at the last minute.
Audrey goes to her pediatrician this morning to hopefully get the stitches out. I wish it could have waited 2 more days because we go back on Thursday for her 18 month checkup. I'll post back with the stats! She has another b'day party this weekend. Cousin Ian is turning 1 - hard to believe!
